Michael Giles LCSW is a psychotherapist who specializes in working with men who struggle with anxiety and relationships. He is the author of the book Relationship Repair for Men: Counterintuitive behaviors that restore love to struggling relationships, which is available on Amazon. Michael is also a husband, father, army officer, and advocate for promoting critical thinking in the mental health professions. We talked about the woeful state of our field, and proposed ideas on how we might have gotten here, and what might have to happen to transform our psychology field to make it ideologically capture-proof one day soon.
