Linna is the co-founder of a coaching company called Goal + Glow that she runs with her sister. Their mission is to help driven entrepreneurs and leaders grow in their career, business and personal life through Emotional Intelligence (EQ) assessments. She is a EQ certified practitioner and has helped over 50 leaders and individuals within different levels of an organization through assessments and leadership coaching.  She is passionate about coaching and loves seeing the transformations of her clients.
