Karen has been a commercial real estate lender for several decades. Employers include FNBO, Wells Fargo, US Bank. Citibank, Heller Financial, and Sears Roebuck and Company. She is also very active in her community serving on many Boards including CU Real Estate's International Advisory Board, Boulder Shelter for the Homeless, and Boulder Housing Partners (The Housing Authority for the City of Boulder).
