I declare that my tongue is reigned in by the Lord. 
I declare that I work with the spirit of the Lord to keep  vigilant watch over the gates of my lips.
I declare that nothing but that which is God vetted, God breathed and God infused is permitted to exit this gate of my tongue.
I declare that my stomach will be filled with the good fruit of my life,
And my life will be fully satisfied from the harvest of my mouth.
I declare that the redeeming power of the blood, it travels back in time and redeems the effects of every idle and ignorant word I have spoken. 
Father i repent of my ignorance and recklessness 
that has unknowingly brought calamity to my household.
I declare that this  powerful weapon of the tongue will no longer be used carelessly and recklessly. 
But for every time that I open my mouth, it will be accompanied with the weight of responsibility of producing either death or life and I chose life today and forever more. 
Therefore, I speak after the pattern of my father. 
I build, I increase, I show forth His glory and power with my words. 
So help me spirit of the living God
