Listen "The Zone - short form"
Episode Synopsis
Here is "Finding the Zone" in short form, what you would actually do (at least three times per day!). Unless you are about to go to sleep, set your “mental timer” to however long you want to do it for, then press play. There is no ending in the recording - when you want to come back, shout to yourself, in your mind, “I deserve to be happy, healthy, and successful,” then bring yourself back and open your eyes.
None of this is sacred! If the expansion part doesn't work for you, omit it. You can also modify the mantra ("I live with a happy heart, a peaceful mind, and a playful spirit") though I recommend keeping the "playful spirit" part or its equivalent.
