So Switching on?Today is focused on the body nutrition.We are reminding our mind through changes in our life system.SUGARS: The sugar is a product of body metabolism of foods. High sugar foods are required in cases where the body needs excess sugar for energy production.Excess sugar in blood stream causes dizziness. Practically, you will notice these when you consume high carbohydrate food or if you over feed yourself. Your brain shuts down. Your mind becomes blurry. So, ditch soft drinks.Replace floor snacks with fruits.Replace soft drinks with tea.Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.Breakfast; eat light and do not skip. Skipping of breakfast has been linked to Ulcer and other health issues. A cup of tea is enough instead of skipping unless on fast days. Portion Size: It is advisable to feed the body a little at a time than heavy calorie at a go. Make a mental adjustment of eating nutrient rich little portions than calorie loaded non nutritious oversized portions. Foods when consumed shouldn't stay beyond 3 hours in the stomach.Any food staying beyond this hour in the stomach, is detrimental to the body mrntabolismIntermittent Fasting. Fasting for 5 to 6 allows the body cell to cleanse itself. Addictions are habits that controlled us. It is not part of intentional living. Therefore working on breaking off old addicts is a good process of switching on will power.Now is time to work off the addictive nature Eating out You will always have a choice on where to buy your food. All roads food sellers are not same. All quick service restaurant are not same. There is a reason why hotels are classified with stars.Within your current economic power, asked yourself the reason you choose a particular eat out over another.What's is the motive?Test?Quantity?Quality of service?You deserve quality customer service.You deserve to eat in a neat and safe environment.So if your current eat out are not offering that service, it's time to remake a choice.The bench mark of today is to increase yourself worth in your eyes.If you dont place a value on yourself others will determine it for you.The best place to do that is to take care of your stomach.You hear" I can't stomach that?"
