In this podcast I talk about how health is wealth and give some notions to what we can do to make us stay healthy as long as possible. The first is to eat half. When you conserve, you’re able to have more for another day and you avoid the risk of overeating. The next is to walk double what you would have normally walked. walking helps to keep the body active and moving around. Like it says in physics, an object in motion stays in motion. The third is to laugh triple. Laughter is our way of acceptance of things that we cannot control. When we laugh at the situation, we take away the heartache of inconsistencies. Lastly, love unconditionally. We are loved unconditionally by a creator who created us to create.
