Danielle Lankford, 2020 Military Spouse of the Year, joins us today to talk about the lack of employment for Military Spouses. Statistically 1 out of every 4 military spouse applicants actually get a job. These are able, and willing, individuals that cannot seem to find work in the workplace because of their currently living situations. Because they can be stationed frequently, employers have a hard time hiring military spouses. There are other reasons that Danielle talks about in this episode.
