But it hasn't been easy. From humble beginnings in the late 1980s, Future Hope has dealt with two evictions, runaway kids and a collection of intertwined mishaps which changed one man's life. When local banker Tim Grandage befriended street kids outside his branch in 1987, little did he know what was about to happen! What a story he has to tell. Future Hope's ambitious expansion plan, within a mango orchard north east of the city, aims to help even more children over a wider area. Can the school realise its dream?
