Naia is a 21-year-old singer, songwriter, yoga teacher, sound healer and podcast host. Despite her young age she is filled with so much spiritual wisdom and life experience, all of which she shares with us in this episode. During the pandemic, Naia decided to take action on the creative pursuits that were on her heart and also that would help her with her mental health.
