There have been a lot of changes in the building industry over the last year and a half and inventory levels of existing homes is an easy one to track.  But what about new construction and builder inventory?  We have some staggering numbers on how few homes builders have in inventory right now.  
We discuss how the pandemic slowed production, increased demand depleted levels and other factors to drastically reduce builder inventory.
