The HOA Law Nerds briefly discuss a recent-ish decision coming out of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama (ROLL TIDE) that ruled the reporting requirements of the Corporate Transparency Act to be unconstitutional. Don't get too excited yet, folks, but more developments are anticipated!
