Welcome to this guided meditation to connect with your authentic self. Find a quiet and comfortable space where you can sit down or lie down without distractions. Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose. Letting your belly rise, exhale slowly through your mouth, letting all tension melt away. Repeat these two more times, feel your body becoming heavy and grounded, as though you are deeply connected to the earth beneath you. Imagine roots growing from your feet, anchoring you in the nurturing steady energy of the earth. Bring your awareness to your heart center, the space in the middle of your chest. Place your hand there if you want. Imagine a warm, golden light glowing within, radiating a gentle, loving energy. Now envision a version of you standing before you. This version is your authentic self. Radiant, confident and free. Notice how she stands, how she speaks and how she moves through the world. When you observe her, what words come to mind? Look at what she's wearing. Feel how she feels. Invite this authentic version of you to step closer. Feel her energy merging with yours, becoming one with you. Knowing that this is your true essence, always with you, ready to guide and support you. Take a deep breath in and repeat silently or aloud if you want. I am my authentic self. I honor and trust who I am. When you are ready, gently wiggle your fingers and toes and slowly open your eyes, carrying this feeling of authenticity into your day.
