Together, we find ways to tell deeply good news for all people by filtering our interactions through the lens of compassion. Today’s scripture gives us what feels like an impossible vision: those who are enemies existing peacefully together. It is
said that if we can envision something, we can work towards it. Can we believe in the vision that the scriptures offer us of a way of being full of the knowledge of God instead of our own limited imagination and knowing?
