Steve Roest, CEO of PocDoc speaks to Dr Melanie Lee, CEO of the incredible charity LifeArc which is aiming to donate £1,3bn of funding by 2030 into diagnosis, treatment and cures for motor neurone disease, cystic fibrosis and tuberculosis among other things. Melanie is a fantastic guest with incredible insight into scientific research and how to take research and make it a reality - success for patients and the NHS. She also has some valuable advice for scientists and entrepreneurs as to how to keep going when times are tough.
