In this episode, we welcomed Erin Riley ([email protected]), a Physical Therapy Professor at Sargent College. With years of teaching and clinical experience, Professor Riley became interested in the concept of conflict and conflict resolution in real life. As a critical health worker during the pandemic, she introduced the concept of positive conflicts, the power of role models and conflict resolution in the context of COVID and how to develop conflict resolution skills in healthcare.
