Prayer transforms your character. Prayer creates a diligence in you as you seek God first. Humility is foundational to our walk with God. He created heaven and earth, and when we walk in humility we walk rightly with God and others.  Humility is not a poor self-image. Humility is not being hesitant or passive. Humility is realizing that your identity is in Christ. Humility is confidence placed in God.  "In the same way, you who are younger must accept the authority of the elders. And all of you, dress yourselves in humility as you relate to one another, for 'God opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble.'
