Self-sabotage can reinforce negative beliefs about yourself, such as feelings of unworthiness or lack of ability, which can create a self-fulfilling prophecy.
It can interfere with your healing work by preventing you from making progress toward your goals or healing your emotional wounds, as well as contribute to mental health issues.
Changing your mindset from self-sabotage is a rewarding process. I will talk you through some of the things you can do to help yourself.
