In this latest episode of Headlines and History we explore the history of Venezuela through three of its more influential leaders: Simón Bolívar, Hugo Chávez, and Nicolás Maduro. This we are doing in preparation for next week's show when I sit down with Alexandra Winkler, a Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) fellow to discuss the current state of Venezuela.
