Dealing with infertility is a very difficult experience. Some will say horrible even terrible and everyone is right. This is because women face different challenges.

- "The sadness and grief it brings are incomprehensible, only those who have been there will comprehend!" - A woman who has overcome this challenge.

We all can, but it takes commitment and persistence and community.

I remember how much hurt, hate, resentment, pain and sorrow I carried around in those days. It was so unhealthy that it extended to everyone; my spouse, siblings, friends, colleagues etc. I didn't like myself because medical reports said I couldn't have a child naturally. I later discovered the level of resentment, dislike and hate I felt towards myself. I had to learn to speak positive affirmations and love to myself. I learned to fall in love with myself again!

You can love yourself again, through scars, medical reports, being overweight and whatever makes you dislike yourself.

Look at yourself in the mirror today and say (insert your name).

I LOVE YOU

I AM ENOUGH

I AM GORGEOUS AND BEAUTIFUL

I LOVE THIS BODY OF MINE
