hello there, let's talk about mental health! 🧠
why? well when i struggled in highschool, was diagnosed with clinical depression and ~ other events ~ followed (which I'll talk about in future videos), i felt like there weren't many people my age who had been through the ringer themselves and were talking about mental health issues, specifically depression.
and if YOU have not struggled, statistics show that a friend or loved one probably has gone through something.
tldr this is important & relevant to your life! but you probably don't know too much about it!!
