Listen "God is 'ever-present'"
Episode Synopsis
Psalm 46. Looks at the declaration made by the Ancient Israelites "God is our refuge and strength" and how believers today can find strength in God in these uncertain times. The psalmist emphasised "God with us"; but what does it mean for us to live a life with God. ? Some suggestions are given in a call to action for living a life with God.

The City of God: The psalmist may have been referring to Jerusalem. In the O.T. era Jerusalem was seen as the city of God because the Temple situated there. 'The Presence' of God was in the city. In the N.T the city of God is not confined to a place. See Heb. 12:22-24. The city of God for Christians is spiritualised and experienced in the Body of Christ which is the Church of which you as a believer is a citizen.
