We can get so busy looking at other people's lives and trying to be like them but doing so will pull away your focus from your goals and leave you feel energetically depleted and depressed.

I would it to be so helpful when I take a break from social media and focus on creating and shifting my mindset by creating healthy habits that align with my values. You want to become that person, you have to BEcome that person you want to be and show up as. Remember, you have the power to create and shift your situation to something greater. You become what you consistently do. Learn to make promises to yourself first which then builds your confidence. Keep shining!
