An increase in opportunities to develop technical skills in youth island wide has been initiated through an accord between the Taiwan Technical Mission and the National Skills Development Centre, NSDC.
Dubbed the ‘Specialized Programs and Opportunities Relating to Technical Skills’ (S.P.O.R.T.S.) the initiative is expected to fuel the dreams of nationals, through education.
