Season 1 (The Gospel of John), Episode 31 (John 10:22) Jesus at the Feast of Dedication, the Maccabees, & Hanukkah
Welcome to Gospel Unscripted, where we have unscripted conversations as we read through the Gospels.  Merry Christmas and Happy Hanukkah!  Today Megan and I have a conversation around John 10:22 which describes Jesus walking around the temple during the Feast of Dedication, which we know today as Hanukkah.  We discuss a very brief history of the Maccabees and also touch on Christmas celebrations today.  We plan to take a few weeks break, and then come back mid-January to discuss John 10 as the Shepherd and the Door.
