On this morning's episode, we discuss the positives vs negatives of social media. As an independent musical artist, I spend a considerable amount of time on social media promoting, growing, and engaging myself and my music with my digital family. Social media has given me so many opportunities, friendships, relationships, knowledge, and community. It's also burnt me out so hard before I had a panic attack and had to go to the hospital. This is a subject I have a ton of passion for understanding and you should too as it affects nearly every human in every facet of our modern lives. As a 90's baby, I was the last generation to grow up in a non social media digital word, yet also was growing up during the birth and spread of it. My guest this morning is Nashville based Americana/Rock artist Gwen Levey. Gwen is a dear friend, collaborator, and someone who has a passionate understanding and perspective of our subject at hand.
