In this episode of the GoaldenRoad Podcast, we invited Tiffany Harris to talk about how to find equality in today's society. We talk about colorism, systemic racism, police reform, mass incarceration, and more related to ways we can find equality in today's crazy world.
Tiffany Harris (@tiffn.h and @theblackexcellenceproject) Bio:
Tiffany Harris is a senior studying political science and African-American studies at the University of Michigan. She is the president of creatives of color, an all-black student organization dedicated to helping black students find opportunities to be creative and express themselves. She is also Vice-President of the black undergraduate law association. She is the marketing chair for Support for Incoming Black Students. She is also a dancer, and she is a choreographer and the marketing chair for Pure Dance company. She founded a nonprofit called the black excellence project (B.E.P.) to give Black students and young professionals an opportunity to work on Capitol Hill. Through creating economic opportunities, providing useful resources, career support, and personal development, the B.E.P. inspires career advancement that provides long-term gateways towards notable success.
