Listen "006 : Slowing Down our Consumption of Information"
Episode Synopsis
I’ve been thinking about the power of slowing down the way we digest information.
Some questions for journaling:
How do you feel about that shift of slowing that thing down?Did it make you uncomfortable? And if so, why do you think that is?If it did make you uncomfortable, was it the good kind of uncomfortable, in that it was leading to change or and you've learned something important about yourself? How about the people around you? How did they experience this shift, and how do they feel about it (Go ahead and ask them.)Are there any hidden gifts in that exchange or experience or approach that you're not seeing, but someone else can point out for you.
