Sage Watson is a Canadian athlete specialising in the 400 metres hurdles. Competing internationally for Canada, she is the reigning Pan American champion in the 400 m hurdles, having also won Pan American medals in 2015 and 2019 as part of Canada's relay team. Sage  made her Olympic debut at Rio 2016 where she advanced to the semifinals of the 400m hurdles and anchored Canada to a fourth-place finish in the 4x400m relay.Sage is also very passionate about the representation of women in sport and how important it is for her to be a great role model for the younger generation!We had such a great chat about a variety of things, sport and non sport related!To continue to follow Sage:Instagram: @sagewatson
