In Episode 18, Billy Donnelly details his experience dealing with a narcissist from one of his most recent work environments. He lays out the history of their working relationship, how they eventually became friends (or so he thought) and how she eventually turned on him. He explains how he came to learn more about narcissism and narcissistic behavior in order to better understand stand what had happened to him and, in depth, he discusses three strategies - triangulation, cognitive dissonance & idealization, devaluation and discarding -  that narcissists use in order to exploit others, using his story in order to show how they operate in practice.
