The 2024 Northern California Classic went down last weekend which is run by CrossFit "OG"'s Blair Morrison and Ben Alderman. The NorCal Classic has always been promoted as a "throwback" the old days of CrossFit. Getting back into the lab and doing some of the more "outside the box training and programming" Special guest Tyler Watkins joins the show as we analyzing the programming of the 2024 Northern California Classic.
