Pain isn't always BAD
It tells us to pay attention to the area that is experiencing this "painful" stimulus
Pain is a protective mechanism that will warn us about potential “danger ahead"
Now, some key points about experiencing “discomfort”:
Discomfort is often described as uncomfortable positions or movements that can still be achieved but with difficultly or uneasiness
It helps us recognize that it’s ok to perform this movement pattern yet helps us progress or regress onto the next level of movement progression
Think of this more of muscle tiredness/straining
