LBS is working closely with ACLU of Maryland and MD Senator Jill P. Carter to produce a bill this session that legalizes recreational cannabis with a focus on repairing the damage done by the war on drugs. For this episode, we will be unveiling what will be in the bill and give the public an opportunity to ask questions.
