Summer programs come in all shapes and sizes--and price tags. Tracy signed her husband up for an "academically exclusive" summer program for high school students and he was accepted! The truth is, no one program is going to make or break that college acceptance. Our kids need to be authentic in experiential learning, whether it's a part time job, volunteering, summer coursework, or educational travel / leadership programs.
