There are myriad myths about weight loss and so called solutions promoted by the fitness and even the healthcare industry that quite FRANKLY are confusing and Unhealthy. If you're the average Joe or Jane, and you are struggling with either losing or keeping off the weight once you've lost some, then there's some diamonds in this episode. This is a common scenario in my office to have a conversation like this. One where the patient tells me they've been doing X to solve Y, but are seeing me for Z and don't have any clue of how they're all tied together.
