In this last episode for Term 2, Caroline brings the literature review together to look at how teacher attrition was a starting point that connected with student disruption, learning environments and the interactions between teachers and students.  THese key threads formed the basis for the conceptual framework of this study. The core areas of decision-making, teaching practices and professional learning programs are the foundations to the 4D framework.
