Instead, it almost ended everything.  What started as a promising opportunity turned into a mess filled with lies, red flags I ignored, and legal battles that drained my time, energy, and money.  I'm sharing how it all unfolded, what I should've seen coming, and the mindset shift I had to make after getting burned.
