The week starts off lonely but ends on a higher note as the rest of his MTC training partners join him on the mountain. Joel tackles a solo session down in Rye as he begins to see glimpses of fitness returning. You'll then hear an interview with Jack Rayner as he sits down with Riley Wolff for a far more professional conversation (compared to what you hear on LLL&R) as Jack prepares for another Australian title at the upcoming On Track Nights Zatopek:10 in December.
