Shabbat Parah includes a special additional reading from Numbers 19 and a substitute haftarah is read from Ezekiel! Normally a passage from 1 Kings 18 is read but when it falls on Shabbat Parah, we read a different haftarah, more in tune with the season and the additional Torah portion from Numbers 19.
