The show is story based while tying in conversation that encourages listeners to learn, progress, and find their flow in foiling. We’ll be choosing from and interviewing a diverse group of guests who are an authentic representation of fun, growth, & creativity within the broad foil community across all hydrofoil disciplines.   The goal is to build more community, bring new riders into the fold, and keep things light, funny and interesting. Each show will start with a story, then we’ll break it down and have a discussion with some questions. THAT’S NOT ALL! We will also be including short stories from listeners (you!) and wrap up each episode with something we’ve learned and can work on, whether it’s physical technique, equipment, or mentality.
