There are so many misconceptions about heaven and our eternal dwelling even beyond this earth, there is also very little said about it these days, seeing as it seems to have taken so long for Jesus to 'finally return and take us home'. A lot of people have gotten distracted with the numerous cares of this world, some even seeming morally good to us and we are living out the description of 2 Timothy 3:2-7 without even realising it.
We discuss some of the misconceptions of heaven in this episode through the lens of the word of God and also remind ourselves of just how temporal and fleeting this world is, in the face of eternity.
Let's be challenged to do more, we have moved past counting the signs, we are now listening for the trumpet.
