Instagram has become a key part of the way we communicate but sometimes we need to quiet all the noise in order to really listen to what's important to ourselves and the world around us. I decided to take a 5 week break from instagram in order to declutter my head and focus on improving the quality of my focus and my sleep. As a result, I not only dramatically improved my work ethic and sleep quality by tenfold but I also even managed to reduce my anxiety levels significantly.
