If you feel overwhelmed and uncomfortable because you don't know where to start, that is okay: just start.  Use that discomfort to propel you forward. Read an article and go from there, donate, sign a petition, have conversations on race with your friends and family. Ask yourself difficult questions about race and stereotypes.
