Hello Everyone, Lee here.

Today I had a chat with Jade Yap who works with the Mental Health Foundation in London. (Just a note that this was recorded before the UK Lockdown)

I first met Jade as part of the 'Empowering People through Physical Activity' project which we (Platinum Training Institute) were part of.

We had a great chat about the project and various other areas of Mental Health.
