Jesus taught in Mark 4 that when the seed of God’s Word is planted in our hearts, the enemy comes to steal it in the same way that birds eat seeds that land on the ground.  We must guard our hearts and make the decision to remember and do what we learn from the Bible.  “The farmer plants seed by taking God’s Word to others.
