In this episode I will use intention setting to guide you through a grounding practice of unwavering support. In a yoga nidra practice we are deep relaxation through following the guide of my voice to complete a full body scan, or as it's known a rotation of consciousness.
Note in this practice you are prompted to maintain a balance of active rest but a deeper state of sleep may happen, and your subconscious mind will still follow with the guides I give. My voice will always be there for you to come back to.
