In this case I never leave the Pacific time zone.All layover times are in HH:MM. eg 11 hours and 20 minutes on the ground in ACV for the first night. Followed by 16+ hours in Eugene and 17+ hours in Arcata on day three. Looks like a good time to do Episode #39.You'll also notice I deadhead from Eugene to Seattle then to Portland to finish the trip.
