The students of Hotelschool The Hague were tasked with identifying the main challenge faced by their relevant commissioner, in this case, Doors Open Female Hub the commissioner of team 1, The Hague campus. Team 1 identified that the main issued faced by Doors Open Female Hub was the lack of clarity on the structure and content for the online courses provided. The team then spent the next 10 weeks approaching the main challenge from different perspectives to create a recommendation for the aforementioned. Using this multidisciplinary approach, the team was able to come up with an actionable recommendation that would help Doors Open Female Hub to translate the theory into content and structure of the online programs.  Therefore, this podcast acts as a communication tool recommending content and structure for the online courses.
