We’re sitting down with the founder and president of a new non-profit, the Celiac College Guide, Nicole Kessler, to explore this guide and learn more about how to find colleges that meet the needs of families living with Celiac disease. Nicole is a career educator named National Teacher of the Year for Teach for America.
