An awareness-raising effort called "Quarter Century of Giving" has been initiated by the Rubu' Qarn Foundation for Creating Leaders and Innovators. The campaign's long-term objective is to foster generations of thoughtful and powerful citizens.
The organisation's mission is to create a community that encourages and supports the development of the creative and innovative potential of children, youth, and young adults.

Through its social media channels and website, the foundation will promote its many services to the general public.

It also includes visiting public and private schools in Sharjah and informing kids about the foundation's programming and services and how to become members.

The organisation also provides an extensive summer programming strategy for making the most of free time during the summer break.

The goal of these workshops is to improve the participants' abilities through exposure to a wide range of experiences and practises. Courses, seminars, and shows in the arts, sciences, and entertainment are all included.
